2. The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63225/2024 by which the petitioners were granted pre-arrest bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the stipulated period fixed for furnishing the bail bonds,

No.16327 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 the petitioner No. 2 was seriously ill due to miscarriage and her family members were also injured, therefore, due to their own problems, the petitioners could not execute their bail bonds within the prescribed period granted to them.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by petitioners' counsel, this Court extends the period for surrender of the petitioners and submission of bail bonds in terms of the order dated 05.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63225/2024 by another four weeks from today.

5. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

6. No further indulgence shall be granted.
