The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Parties vide order dated 19.09.2014 passed by Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in B.P. No. 546A of 2014/973 of 2014 in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 238 of 2014 on the ground that they had been wrongly released on bail.

Since the Session Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua had applied his mind on the fact and in his discretion he found that they deserve bail, I find no reason for interference with the same. Hence, the Application stands dismissed. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
