JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-08-2015 The present writ application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No. 40 of 2013 registered under sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 120-B and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the First Information Report do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this application. It is accordingly dismissed.
