2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 312 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is accused of killing the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. He is in custody since 30.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 312 of 2024.
