JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9386 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22253 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2021 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Magadh Medical College P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Gaya. The order dated 23.06.2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
