The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation against the petitioners is with regard to recovery of 1/2 litter of country made mahua liquor from each of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and they do not have any criminal antecedent and are in custody since 03.04.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular
