JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 It is clarified that no objection should be raised for releasing the petitioner on bail in the light of the order dated 21.05.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3163 of 2015 on the ground that alias name of the husband of the petitioner i.e. Prahlad Mandal has not been mentioned and Athgama has not been mentioned in the address of the petitioner in the cause title of the said order.

Let this order be communicated to the court below in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 419 of 2014. Time granted for petitioner to surrender before the court below in compliance of the said order dated 21.05.2015 is extended by two weeks from today.
