JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S.Case No. 522 of 2002 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 333,379, 511 and 120B of the Indian penal Code 27 of Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A.Act. Petitioner was absconding for a very long period since the year 2002 and he was declared absconder by the court and the petitioner is named in the FIR as the allegation is of a member of the Naxal outfit and in the occurrence three police personnel were killed.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
