This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is directed against the order 31.05.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.244 of 2013, whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur, dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the petitioner, affirming the order dated 11.04.2013 passed by the Sub
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46711 of 2013 dt.05-04-2016 2/2 Divisional Magistrate, Samastipur, in M.R. No.183 of 2013, issuing notice of show cause under Sections 107/111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the members of the second party/petitioners on the basis of the application filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 as to why they be not directed to execute the bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to maintain peace for one year.
3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court, calling for interference in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
