Considering the statement made in Para-14 and 15 of the writ petition that a Review Petition No. 17 of 2014 has been filed before the Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bihar under Section 48 (7) of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bihar is directed to pass a reasoned order after giving a notice to the other side within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4693 of 2020 dt.05-02-2024 2/2 period of six weeks in accordance with law after hearing the parties who are affected by the order under review, giving reason as to why he has failed to adjudicate in the matter when admittedly review petition was pending since 2014 against the order dated 16.01.2014 / 16.04.2010,.

3. In Paragraph No.2 of the review petition, it has been mentioned that the Case No. 05 of 2009 was dismissed on 16.04.2010 while in some other paragraph it has been mentioned as 16.01.2014. The same is required to be verified by the Registrar Co-operative Societies, Bihar.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
