Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.6596 of 2012 in the court of the Sessions Judge, Patna. The same was dismissed on 10.7.2013. Hence, this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This Court passed an interim order on 6.1.2014 granting anticipatory provisional bail to the petitioner. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36958 of 2013 (3) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 6.1.2014, shall be treated as anticipatory bail on regular basis and the petition is closed.
