It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a final order has been passed in Maintenance Case No. 93/2012 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad on 28.06.2016, which is under challenge before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45681 of 2016, as such, the present challenge of interim order dated 03.12.2014 is of no consequence and this application has become infructuous.
