Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.327 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that the brother of the informant, his wife and others shot at the informant causing fire arm injury on his buttock.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is only one gun shot injury and that is simple in nature and the petitioner is a lady, sister-in-law of the informant. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Deepa Devi is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9243 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.327 of 2017.
