Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaria P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered under Sections- 417, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute involved is purely civil in nature and no criminal prosecution is warranted. Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
