JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Tilouthu) P.S.Case No. 1249 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379 and 307 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner outraged the modesty of the informant while only female members were present in the house.

Submission is that petitioner is the next door neighbour and due to taking possession of Gair Majarua Aam land, he has been falsely implicated in this case and is in custody for last three months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20822 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely , Ramashish Paswan, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 1249 of 2017.
