JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,468,471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he got appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was proceeded against by the authorities when the appointment was cancelled and the petitioner has returned the money received as Panchayat Teacher. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
