Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegations leveled against the petitioner are regarding illicit Nepali wine, which was recovered upon search being made by SSB, Sitamarhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem fit it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
