Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 16.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50107 of 2016 as due to inadvertence in the bail petition of Cr. Misc. No. 50107 of 2016 full address has not been provided although the present address of the petitioner is Haribatika Chowk, P.S. Bettiah Muffasil, DistrictWest Champaran and the permanent address is the same. He submits that vide order dated 16.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50107 of 2016 petitioner was granted bail subject to filing of bail bonds and other conditions but could not be released on bail for want of present address.

Accordingly, order dated 16.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50107 of 2016 is modified to the extent that permanent address of the petitioner be read along with the present address as

Modification application is, accordingly, allowed in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, West Champaran at Bettiah.
