1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For quashing of order / result dated 29.5.20 subsequently modified on 21.2.2022 where by and where under the respondent Bihar State Staff Selection Commission has not declared / shown the petitioner as successful candidate for the post of Lab Technician or deliberately declared her as unsuccessful candidate by floating the Cadre rules and terms of advertisement.

(II) For commanding the respondent Bihar State Staff Selection Commission to prepare the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4064 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 fresh merit list for the posts of Lab Technician inconsonance with terms and conditions as mentioned in the advertisement itself.

(III) For commanding the respondents State as well as Bihar State Staff Selection Commission not to appoint any candidates having Vocational degree of MLT, and not to act up on the results as declared by Commission any further till the disposal of this present case."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
