The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ballia P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was subjected to torture by her husband Raj Kumar Sah along with other in-laws.

It appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners and the husband of the deceased is in jail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2906 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
