This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No.277 of 2016, for the offences punishable under Section 414of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that later on his name transpired that he is also dealing with the liquor business. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the F.I.R. and there is no recovery from him. The petitioner is in custody for about 3 1⁄2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that he is accused in a large number of cases of Excise Act.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of three months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail bond before the court concerned.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
