In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kauwakol P.S. Case No.239 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 357 (A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Father of the petitioner, who is the informant of this case, has lodged an FIR stating therein that in order to grab the property of his deceased brother, the petitioner has assaulted not only the widow of the deceased brother but also his family members including his father and mother.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
