The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhara (Raghuvansh Nagar) P.S. Case no. 264 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act-2016.

50 lts. of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from motorcycle and petitioner was apprehended. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Addl. Sessions's Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea in connection with Barhara (Raghuvansh Nagar) P.S. Case no. 264 of 2017.
