====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-03-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite her having cleared hurdles at two stages, she has not been appointed on the post of Secretariat Assistant.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in the first stage, the cut-off marks for the general category was 912. The petitioner who hails from Women Backward Category, has a scorecard of 733 which was uploaded on the website of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission. It is the further

However, there is no categorical information provided in the writ petition with respect to the aforesaid inference/assertion of the petitioner.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a representation before the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the Secretary of the Commission shall look into the matter and shall pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
