Patna High Court CWJC No.8757 of 2014 (3) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 17-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Mr. Amit Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that during pendency of both these writ applications, the grievance of the three, out of the four petitioners, have been redressed and the petitioners have also hope and belief that the respondents should do justice to the left over the petitioner, namely, Saurabh Kumar by adopting the same norms which was fairly taken by them in case of rest of three petitioners. He, accordingly, prays to withdraw both these writ applications in order to enable the petitioner, namely, Saurabh Kumar to move the competent authority for redressal of his grievance.
3. This part of submission of the petitioners is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
4. That being so, both these writ applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, namely, Saurabh Kumar, to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance relating to appointment on the post of Constable. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Sujit/- U
