Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 16.10.2015 when the informant was returning from the natural call, the accused persons outraged the modesty and torn her cloth. The informant came to the house and narrated the incident to her family members. When informant and her family members went to make protest to the house of the accused persons, the accused persons assaulted the family members of the informant as well as the informant and snatched ear ring from the aunt of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14116 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 petitioner that for a petty dispute accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation and injury has been found to be simple in nature, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri A.K. Thakur, J.M., Ist Class, Danapur, Patna. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
