The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 45 of 2017, arising out of Asarganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, registered under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Munger.

The prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected earlier on 21.06.2017 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20119 of 2017 on merit.
