JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being Panchayat Secretary is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406.409,420 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he failed to hand over the charge of the post to one Mohan Lal Rajak. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the departmental proceeding the petitioner has already been punished for the alleged charge.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
