JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 20.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15826 of 2011, wherein, in the writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking promotion was disposed off by directing the respondents to take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

2. Opposite party No. 3 has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 6 it has been stated that the petitioner's case for promotion was considered by the Director

Patna High Court MJC No.689 of 2019(3) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 Animal Husbandry Bihar, whereby, the petitioner's prayer for promotion was rejected by a reasoned order as contained in memo No. 1198 dated 11.03.2019, a copy of which has been enclosed as Annexure - A to the show cause.

3. On perusal of paragraph No. 6 of the show cause filed by the opposite party No. 3, I find that the order dated dated 20.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15826 of 2011 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
