1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that the specific allegation of assault is against Meghnath Sharma and Anmol Kumar of assaulting Ranjit Sharma on his head and the informant herein but then the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature. It is further submitted that Meghnath Sharma and Anmol Kumar have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19791 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 an order dated 14.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.16423/2024 and the case of the petitioner is on a better footing.

Learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner but then are not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that Meghnath Sharma and Anmol Kumar have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Hiramma P.S. Case No.101/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
