Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 242/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 135 of the Electricity Act.

The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail subject to the payment of the entire amount which has been the loss amount mentioned in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24752 of 2021(7) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 Mr. Santosh Yadav (petitioner) shall pay the entire amount in equal instalments in one and a half years and after payment of first instalment, he shall be released on provisional bail and, thereafter, if he fails to deposit the entire amount regularly, the interim bail granted to him shall be cancelled. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail provisionally, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Electricity, Magadh Division, Gaya, in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 242/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
