2. Be that as it may, the petitioner has been harassed for more than one year and few months insofar as release of the subject matter of land in the absence of recovery of any liquor. Therefore, the present writ petition is allowed with cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand). Cost shall be paid to the
