2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) against the Judgment/Award dated 16.09.2021. passed by Ld. Kumar Gunjan, Additional District Judge-IX -Cum-, Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal. Patna, (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal). in Claim Case no. 419/2015 Tiju Kumar v's Bal Govind Saw and another by which compensation has been allowed against the
Patna High Court MA No.87 of 2022(4) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 appellant, appellant beg to move this memo of appeal on the following amongst other impugned Judgment.
