2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Desari (Sahdai OP) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are the nephew of the victim who is said to have been assaulted by his own brother Wakil Rai. Wakil Rai is said to be the assailant of the victim and he has been granted regular bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18280 of 2024(3) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
