In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibitions and Excise Act, 2018.

As per allegation, 3 liters of liquor was recovered from scooty of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are the persons of clean antecedent and are under custody since 20.01.2023.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.13583 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1 Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.

Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioners, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners.
