Case No. 344 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and others with kilo weight and lathi causing injury to them.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact both parties are running Thelas and the dispute arose with respect to parking of Thelas and the injury to the informant is simple in nature and the other it is said that opinion was reserved. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogri P.S.
