NATH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-09-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer only for a direction to the appellate court below to dispose of the appeal expeditiously on the basis that all the parties in the appeal have appeared and the said appeal is now ready for hearing. In the backdrop of this submission, learned counsel has contended that the prayer for stay of the proceeding of final decree is not being pressed. After considering the nature of the submission, this application is disposed of with direction to the learned appellate court below to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible as according to the submission on behalf of the petitioner the appeal is
