JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 26-07-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioners. It has been submitted that by order dated 17.07.2017 the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail but due to inadvertence in the second paragraph of the order sections of the Indian Penal Code have wrongly been mentioned. In view of such, 2nd paragraph of the order dated 17.07.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „under Sections 323, 324, 341, 448, and 380 of the Indian Penal Code‟, it should be read as "under Section(s) 147, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 Indian Penal Code".

Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Siwan, in connection with Ander P.S. Case No.106 of 2017.
