Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher and has a grievance with regard to her absorption, the remedy for her in the first instance as per Rule 18 of the Bihar Teachers Appointment Rules shall be only before the competent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority which has been vested with full powers for deciding any matter relating to service condition of Panchayat Teacher.
When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent authority.
Patna High Court CWJC No.991 of 2015 (3) dt.17-07-2015 That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
