Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No.369 of 2017, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that 15-20 unknown miscreants looted mobile and money from the labourers working at the site. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only material in the case diary against the petitioner is that it was disclosed by a spy that the petitioner along with other were seen moving around the place of occurrence at the time of the occurrence, except that there is no other material. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Kail Yadav @ Dilip Yadav is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19399 of 2018(2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No.369 of 2017.
