JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-03-2019 At the very outset it is submitted that the appellant was given benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. and he has not misused the same. Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that let the appellant surrender before the learned Special Judge within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on the record and also considering the fact that he has been given benefit of Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C. and he has not misused the same, considering the same the prayer for bail of the appellant shall be disposed of if possible on the same day.
