Petitioner seeks regular bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No.119 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 of the I.P.C.

Informant who is S.P.O. had lodged an F.I.R. on 30.06.2017 regarding recovery of a dead body from the bed of the Goura river and the same was dug out. After two months on 3.8.2017 one Shambhu Sharma recognized that the deceased was his son and named four persons who were his friends as accused in murder of his son.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that one similarly situated co-accused Mithu Singh @ Nagendra Singh @ Nagendra Kumar has already been extended the privilege of bail vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2808 of 2018 (3) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 dated 17.01.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.59128 of 2017 and the case of the petitioner being similarly placed is also entitled for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Jamui, in Laxmipur P.S.Case No.119 of 2017.
