2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 ( 2 ) , 108 , 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3 . At the outset, learned senior counsel appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16336 of 2025(3) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 behalf of the informant as well as State submitted that proceeding under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable .

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner stands dismissed.
