JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.T. No. 182 of 2018 arising out of Murliganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is an allegation against the petitioner to have caused fire-arm injury to his own father who subsequently succumb to his injury.

Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for bail but, this Court, vide order dated 1.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3077 of 2019, rejected the bail of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14108 of 2020(2) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation as also considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial.
