====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner and other coaccused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, admittedly, the victim is a major girl. As a matter of fact, she had love and affection with the brother of the petitioner, namely, Sandeep Singh and the petitioner has been made accused merely because he is brother of Sandeep Singh. The

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
