JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of a sum of Rs.1,96,215/- against the supply of spare parts by the petitioner as per the order issued by the SubDivisional Officer, P.H. Division, Hajipur and Mahua. In view of the short submission made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 by filing his claim within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the respondent no.4 within a period of eight weeks thereafter and if any admissible dues is found, the same shall be paid to the petitioner.
