JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 Writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to appoint petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Madarsa Teacher since his father Late Md Safikurrahman died during the service period on 29.01.1998.

2. In view of the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file fresh application before Respondent No. 4, with all the relevant documents, within a period of four weeks from today.

3. If such application is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, authority concerned shall dispose of the same through reasoned and speaking order within a period
