Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,379,412,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Though allegation of missing of the two wheeler is of the year 2013, however, FIR was lodged in the year 2019 when the informant gathered that the petitioner, who was earlier staff, was involved in removal of the vehicles. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, who is in custody since 20.11.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12061 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laheriasarai (Benta O.P.) Police Station Case No.491 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
