JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The Police on the basis of secret information raided the cattle house of one Shiv Kumar Ram and recovered huge quantity of illegal liquor. The name of the petitioner has transpired during the investigation.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders
