Patna High Court MJC No.634 of 2024(5) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 emanating out of grant of benefits of A.C.Ps/M.A.C.Ps have already stood paid to the petitioner, however,the same is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
